As of 2021 the Voces Oral History Center is home to over 1300 interviews ranging from Latina/os who are WWII veterans to essential workers in the COVID-19 pandemic. Our collection spans over 20 years of effort and hard work.
Since our first interviews in 1999, the Voces Oral History Center has taken great care to produce high quality audio and video for all of our content. Often our interviews are recorded by professional videographers and conducted by experienced journalists or advanced students.
We encourage every interviewee to bring personal photographs and documents with them. We do not retain the physical copies of the photographs, but while onsite our team scans each item in hi-resolution.
