Alex Cantillo is a graduate student and professor who specializes in leadership development and sports excellence. He's known by friends and family to be energetic and positive, but the pandemic has challenged his lifestyle. In the meantime, he is focused on his passion of teaching students and athletes and motivating them to be their best selves. However, that has also been difficult due to the pandemic and the transition to online learing.
